I just want to pass on any info that may help a newbie or someone that is considering surgery and something to pass the time I'm not here to hurt anyone or scam anyone. So please just relax and accept that I'm just here to help anyway I can, be it with a company that has good prices on supplements and or protein I would like to pass on what I am using or have been using over the years.
